Your health data stays in Canada — and stays yours

Privacy isn't a policy page. It's data residency, granular consent, and a delete button that actually works.

Sensitive by definition

Health-adjacent data is sensitive personal information, and it deserves to be treated that way. We design for privacy from the first commit — not as a policy bolted on before launch.

What that means concretely

Canadian data residency: your data and its backups live in a Canadian region. Granular, revocable consent captured as data, separated by purpose — core service is not the same as wearables, which is not the same as marketing. Encryption in transit and at rest. An audit trail for access to personal health data.

And data-subject rights as real features: export and delete are buttons, not a support ticket. If you want your data gone, it goes.

Trust you can verify

For a health product, privacy is the foundation of trust — and trust is the whole business. We'd rather build it in and prove it than promise it and hope.
