Safety is sacred: interactions we never bury
We name the interaction plainly, say what to do, and route to a human when it matters.
Non-diagnostic by design
VitaMatrix offers wellness and educational guidance — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. That line is enforced in code, not just in a disclaimer. The assistant never diagnoses, never tells you to start or stop a prescription medication, and gently routes anything clinical to a professional.
Hard stops the AI can't override
Contraindications, dangerous doses, pregnancy and age flags, and drug–nutrient interactions are handled by a deterministic rules layer that the model cannot talk its way around. If a combination is unsafe, it's paused — and you're told why, in plain words.
Take a timing conflict: calcium can blunt iron absorption, so we'll tell you to space those doses at least two hours apart. Take a real contraindication with a medication you've noted: we pause it and say, clearly, to confirm with your prescriber first.
Never softened to keep you in the flow
It would be easy to bury a warning to avoid friction. We don't. Safety language is honest and unburied — because the moment it matters most is exactly the moment a product shouldn't be optimizing for engagement.
VitaMatrix provides wellness and educational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
